As part of our commitment to solving challenges for connected games development, we’ve focused first on real-time multiplayer games, and we’ve learned a lot from our prior attempts to democratize this and foremost, we know that in order to build the right new technology, we need your feedback every step of the way.

I am playing now for a long time Computer Games, since early Quake II days, and one thing that really has killed a lot of fun for me a casual player with many more other important things in life to do, than just play every day for hours. COD, Battlefield, you name it, they all work the same. You’re new to a Game, and your match-making puts you together with overall worse players maybe better than yourself often, but still worse than the other team.

How please is that fair match-making? For me, match-making would make sense if the system puts the teams “somewhat” evenly, that would be fair. As it is, you always get into the bad team. The rest you have to “unlock”, which is a pain if you’re not a kid, a teen or like other people that appearantly have nothing else to do than play. If you’re a casual player, you know, play once or twice a week, after a couple weeks you already end up dying against pretty much anyone else, because they unlocked already 10x as much weapons, items and whatnot.

So basically, you keep loosing all the time, and since you dont have the time to counteract that, with playing plenty of hours which not everyone has , you never really get far. And by that people have unlocked so many things, that you die at every corner. As if that wouldnt be bad enough, match-making really works against you in a case like that. So again, where is that fair at all??? This isnt new, that has been done for many years by now.

Halo 5 cleans up nice. Just like the old days After fiddling with the settings and bumming around a few empty maps by my lonesome, I joined up with the NeoGAF Halo community to play some real games. Halo 5 replaced the armor abilities that just never felt right in Reach and Halo 4 with universal powers: On PC Halo 5 feels even faster—without aim magnetism tracking pistol headshots on sprinting Spartans is so hard with a mouse all of a sudden!

In one match I snap-aimed, fired, and disintegrated a mid-air Spartan with the fiery orange shards of an alien shotgun just before he hurtled towards me for a deadly ground pound. With the custom game browser, it’ll be just like the old days. I’ve seen scattered complaints online about the mouse controls on PC, suggesting they aren’t pulling in raw input data and have some lag or acceleration, even with acceleration disabled.
